1. Customer will receive immidiately the booking confirmation by email.
2. Customer can retireve to the website to check confirmed booking
3. Www.RivaTrip.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of United Arab Emirates.
4. Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

1. If you cancel a Booking or don’t show up, any cancellation/no-show fee or refund will depend on the Service Provider’s cancellation/no-show policy.
2. Some Bookings can’t be canceled for free, while others can only be canceled for free before a deadline.
3. Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3 - 6 days will incur a 20% fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours to the event will incur a 30% fee.
4. I understand that I am holding a spot so reservations for this event are nonrefundable. If I am unable to attend I understand that I can transfer to a friend.
